Agreement to Terms

By engaging Tacemus for web development services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all projects unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Services

Tacemus provides web development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• Copywriting and content creation
• Email automation setup
• Analytics configuration
• Domain and hosting setup assistance

Project Process

Discovery & Proposal

We begin with a discovery call to understand your needs. Based on this conversation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.

Timeline

Typical projects deliver a first draft within 72 hours of kickoff. Final delivery depends on revision cycles and project complexity, typically 1-2 weeks total.

Revisions

All projects include reasonable revisions to ensure you're satisfied with the final result. Major scope changes may require additional fees, which we'll discuss before proceeding.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% deposit required before work begins. This reserves your spot in our schedule.
• Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon project completion, before final files and access are transferred.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

Ownership & Deliverables

Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of:

• All custom code written for your project
• Design files and assets
• Content and copy created for your site
• Domain registration (in your name)

We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Your Responsibilities

For a successful project, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content, images, and brand assets
• Be available for scheduled calls and check-ins
• Make final payment before launch

Cancellation

If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after significant work has been completed, additional fees may apply based on work delivered.

Limitation of Liability

Tacemus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after launch for fixing bugs or issues with the delivered work. This does not cover new features, content changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Current terms are always available on this page. Existing projects continue under the terms agreed at project start.
